VACCINATIONS WHEN TRAVELING

“What do you do about getting vaccinations to go into other countries? I've heard that, after you're raw for a long time, they can be very dangerous. Are they optional?”

ANSWER: The question of vaccinations has never been addressed in this e-zine and it might in the future, although it is a very controversial topic. However, there are *always* risks associated with vaccinations no matter what diet you're on. I personally will not get vaccinated when I travel and I have been to several tropical countries without any problems. Vaccines are not mandatory for traveling to most countries, although they are sometimes recommended (thus optional). Just check with your travel agency.
