CELTIC SEA SALT AS TOOTHPASTE
“Hi Fred,
“Are there reasons that we should NOT use Celtic sea salt for brushing our teeth? I prefer it to soap, and it produces a similar alkaline effect in the mouth. Also, a good quality sea salt is rich in minerals--and that should be beneficial for the oral environment.” - Indra
ANSWER: Yes, it is a good thing to do. I prefer to use the soap, and then rinse my mouth with the sea salt solution.
