EATING RAW BEFORE COOKED
“I have a question, I have read somewhere that all raw food should be eaten before any cooked food. Is this correct?”
ANSWER: It's better to eat raw foods before cooked food. This prevents a phenomenon called “digestive leucocytosis” which is the proliferation of white blood cells after the consumption of cooked foods.
Also, the principle of “nutrient density” says to consume more nutrient dense foods first, so that means raw foods first.
