HIGH-FAT RAW-FOOD MEALS


“Could you please give me an example of a raw meal that contains too much fat? I don't eat more than 1.5 avocados every two weeks, or drink any nut milks. What are some other common raw foods that secretly contain too much fat?”

ANSWER: Nuts, seeds, oils, avocados contain a lot of fat. Too much fat would be in the diet in general not just one meal. But let's look at a high-fat meal for example: A big salad with a 2-4 Tbs. of olive oil, avocado or olives, or nut butters in dressings.
