some good questions here frederic.. i like how you asked questions that allowed dr. graham to give some new perspectives that we haven’t heard before, considering most of his fans have heard him speak A LOT and typically hear the same information repeated

particularly about those that have “tried and failed” on 811

also, the question about the best and worst things in the raw movement was a good one.. you could tell hit had dr. D thinking as it’s not a routine topic for him and it showed how mentally quick he is when he instantly came up with good answers

an idea for a question for dr. graham for next time: what are the key factors in sticking to a 100% 811rv diet?

  2. Cindy says:

I would love to incorporate the 80-10-10 into our daily lives. I do have a question though: My husband is diabetic and I am not sure all that fruit would be good for him and I notice in a lot of recipes you use dates and I am not sure they would be good for him either. How does this diet affect diabetics?

  3. Veronica says:

It would depend if he was type 1 or type 2.

Type 2 can be helped immensly by a low fat raw food diet. The fat in your diet is what causes sugar absorption of the cells to slow down and causes insulin sensitivity.

If you researched fasting centers like The Tanglewood Wellness Center or Dr. Doug Graham’s fasting retreat you could talk to them about how diabetes can be cured or improved by a raw food diet high in fruits and low in fats.

What happened to Dr. Graham’s pinky finger on his right hand? It looked awful all turned out at a wrong 90 degree angle.

  5. Frederic Patenaude says:

Dr. Graham has had a trampoline accident decades ago I believe. His finger has been like this ever since.
