    Another great (well, two) video! Very useful for travelers! Again, I love your honesty about exercise and the fact that it is an effort to include it in your routine while traveling and that you do it first thing in the morning to be done with it. I have much more regularity in my training since I follow your advice.

    There are many low-fat raw foodist out there that are such athletes that I sometimes feel like it’s only for serious athletes, but once again, you proved that even someone who doesn’t train like Harley or Doug Graham can thrive on a low fat (mostly) raw vegan diet! Thanks, Fred!
