I
must admit the topic of sleep has always
been fascinating to me. The reason is
that I always considered myself someone
who needed a lot of sleep.
I
always felt I needed a minimum of 9
to 10 hours of sleep every night, if
not more!
Whenever
I would meet someone who could get by
on 5 hours or 6 hours a night, I would
often get jealous. Why do these people
have more energy than me, yet sleep
less?
I
tried everything I could to maximize
the power of my sleep:

Detox
diets

food diets

fasting

No
eating after 6 p.m.

Skipping
breakfast in the morning

Eating
a light dinner (or supper)

even fasted for 23 days, and during
