After just 21 days of eating primarily raw fruits and vegetables and exercising, my husband has noticed a big difference in the way my body looks and feels! He has become a believer who now wants to improve upon his own body!

Hi Fred, it was AWESOME! Thank you. This is the first time I have been able to follow through with an exercise program and keep at it 100% every day.

I am a type 1 diabetic and the combination of raw food and daily exercise has allowed me to lower my insulin significantly over the 21 days, but more importantly for me my 15 and 30 day blood glucose averages have gone from 9.3 at the start of the challenge to 6.7 which is within the normal range for a non-diabetic person! (This of course is still with me taking my insulin shots.) However I am now taking approximately 15 units of insulin/day compared to 24 on cooked food. And I am expecting to experience continued improvement-who knows how far I can go! I am not sure if you realize how significant this is as I am a type 1 "juvenile" diabetic, and have had diabetes since the age of 3(I am now 49 years young!)We are usually told that this type of improvement is not possible for type 1's even in the alternative health field. Like I have already explained, this is completely free. All you need is the desire to implement 3 positive habits in your life.

“Why are you doing this for free?”
I enjoy reaching out to as many people as possible to make this information available. By giving away great information and support, I help grow my reach in the world, so it's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

“What else do I need?”
You need an e-mail address and Internet access. You also need to be able to check your e-mail at least a few times a week, and ideally every other day or every day.

“Can I get someone else to join?”
