Ok, now you've decided what your 3 positive habits are going to be.

Before you go to the next steps, I want you to commit to finding AT LEAST one person close to you who can join you for this 21-Day Challenge.

Why is this important? Let's face it, you're here because something I said inspired your desire to make a change or improvement in your life.

Now it's your turn to inspire change in someone else's life and enjoy the company of a supportive buddy at the same time.

Also, you will greatly increase your chances for success when you team up with a buddy — someone who holds you accountable daily and supports you in your process.

Remember, this 21-Day Challenge has been created so that absolutely anyone can be involved. You just need someone with the desire to improve some small aspects of their health and lifestyle.

Think of the people that support you in your life. Choose someone who celebrates your successes when they happen. That is your ideal buddy. You can also find a group of buddies to join.
