Now that you're in, what's next?

Dear friend,

I congratulate you for joining the 21-Day Challenge. Now, you have to go through a simple step by step process necessary to get the 21-Day Challenge Going.The process will start on the next page, and it takes about 20 minutes to complete everything.

1- Decide on Your Three Habits. This page contains the most important points from the audio track as well as space to write down your three positive habits. Decide on the 3 positive habits you're going to implement during the 21-Day Challenge, based on the information contained in the audio-track and on this reminder page..

2- Invite your friends and family members to join the challenge. It's very important for the dynamic of the group that you get at least one of your “buddies” to join, even if they are on a Standard American Diet. Everyone in the challenge has to be invited by somebody! You are being invited by me. :)

3- Download Your Free Ebook. I've prepared a free ebook and 21 Day Challenge Journal you can use to keep track of your progress during the program.

4- Publicly announce your 3 daily habits. The 21-Day Challenge doesn't start without this step! You have to commit to your success by publicly annoucing your three intentions (We have created a special website for this).

5- Register for the Forum. We also have an official 21-Day Challenge Discussion Forum that will be used throughout the program to get feedback from other participants and explore exciting discussions. You'll receive information about this by e-mail.
